Is that all you see?
But you don’t know what she endured at the age of three.
First it was her heart
Then it was her trust
No one came to save her but if you must…
Her innocence was stolen from the start and all she tried to to do was give everyone her heart
The silent screams and fear in her eyes
All while she held in the cries
You judge what you see
But in her mind she’s still three
The fight of her life all begin then
But yet you judge her for giving in
She used the only tools she had
And now the whole world is mad
Don’t label her a slut
Don’t call her a hoe
Don’t say she’s too easy
Because you don’t know her reasoning
Gently grab her by her hand and help love her back
Because one piece at a time is all it takes to get her back on track

“I took it off.
I did not want to carry it with me anymore.”
― Ava, You Are Safe Here.
She always looked like she was in so much pain and agony. They judged her by the weight she was carrying on the outside but those who really knew her knew it came from the crown she wore on her head. Often the crown we carry on the outside can never compare to the crown that we carry on the inside……….
of a broken heart
She realized that the way she was carrying the crown was too much. It was weighing her down…….
So she took it off!
“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”
― Lao Tzu
Weaken by Pain
Strengthen by Love
Fearful because of Hurt
Courageous because of Love
me enough to push on the painful spots that in turn gave me the strength to move past the pain loved
They did not physically touch me to invoke more pain they just pressed enough on the sore spot until I decided it was time to find my
to let it go strength
tried to overtake me they waited for me with an open hand and a gentle heart as I found my fear to transform from a caterpillar to a butterfly courage
Step by step my metamorphosis was taking form because I became courageous enough to allow their love to strengthen me
THIS IS HOW I IDENTIFY LOVE
The silence depressed me. It wasn’t the silence of silence. It was my own silence. ~Sylvia Plath,
The Bell Jar
But never be quiet…
Silence is only silence if you stay silent!
“I don’t know what would have happened to me if I hadn’t been able to hear.”
Can you see me?
Sitting in a room filled with hundreds of people but no one saw her…
Living in a home and she was overlooked…..
Such a large family but no one asked about her…
Her tears poured down but no one wiped them…
She was lost in her pain….
She was screaming for help…
They laughed at her…
They teased her…
They belittled her…
In the midst she became bitter…
But she knew that was not her final destination…
She asked God can you see me…..
He answered yes and sent someone who heard her silence and they extended their hand to call her to her moment of FREEDOM!!!!
HIDING but she could HEAR!
